Meet the instructors


Reed Williams was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and moved to Texas in 2003, where he was raised and attended
school. During his youth, he spent three years as a firearm technician, specializing in the AK and AR platform. After graduating high school, he enlisted in the United Stated Army as a Military Police soldier, where he attended One Station Unit Training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, obtaining Expert in both Rifle and Handgun qualifications, Combat Lifesaver Certification, and Riot Control training, and was assigned to Fort Polk, Louisiana. After exiting the service in 2018 and obtaining a secret clearance, he continued to serve by becoming a volunteer Fire Fighter for a south west DFW Fire Department, obtaining multiple FEMA NIMS certifications, Fire / first aid training, and a became a Federal PSO for the Department of Homeland Security Federal Protective Service, obtaining NWDTP certification, DHS ICE handgun qualification, and other continuing education. While serving in this capacity, Williams was responsible for protecting federal judges, processing and guarding detainees, and access / egress control for federal facilities and installations. Williams also served Sikorsky / Lockheed Martin, undergoing training and certification for active shooter events, terror attacks, chemical attacks, and critical incident response. Williams continued this career path for 2 years before shifting focus, and leaving the Department of Homeland Security and the Fire Department, continuing his service, by opening a Police / Veteran owned and operated security consulting company, and obtaining his investigator’s license. Through this period, Williams operated his organization for 5 years, holding personal protection details for clients such as a Fort Worth city council member, hospital contracts, HOA contracts, and conducted multiple licensed private investigations leading to the apprehension of several fugitives of justice. Williams once again shifted his dedication to serve, being hired as a full-time Police Officer for a southeast DFW Police Department, and endeavored to create Tactical Systems - Professional Development, where he serves as a range instructor and armorer, specializing in transitional shooting, active shooter training, threat response, and team clearing, while also being a certified Master Flashbang instructor and dealer, partnered with Pamax Tactical.



Ben Redus Enlisted in the Army in 2003 as an Infantry recruit. In 2005, Redus was selected for the Sniper Section, and graduated US Army Sniper School the same year. In 2006, Redus deployed to Iraq as Sniper Team Leader, where he attained multiple medals and held the highest successful mission rate among the Regiment, leading over 150 Combat Missions, including neutralization of a High Value Target, and provided assistance to all units under Regimental Command, US Army Rangers, SFOD-D. Redus was awarded the Army Commendation Medal with Valor for his actions in Combat as a Sniper, where he subsequently suffered an injury from an IED that would later cause medical retirement. Upon exiting the Army in 2007, Redus immediately enlisted in the Texas National Guard as an Instructor for the Regional Training Institute, where he taught Army Scout (19D) Reclassification courses until 2014. In 2007, Redus Became a Texas Police Officer, where upon completion of Field Training, was tasked to assist the SWAT team with Scout/Sniper training and later became the Sniper on the Scout/Sniper team. Redus completed numerous team-based and solo missions during his time on the team as well as regular SWAT operations. Redus became a TCOLE Instructor and a Field Training Officer after only two years of being an Officer. In 2016, Redus was Medically Retired from the Police Department due to same injuries from combat, and currently serves as SRT Overwatch element and Instructor for a local Police Department. In 2018, Redus became certified through Texas as a Personal Protection Officer and Private Investigator. Completed multiple operations as a PPO across the state including Executive Protection, public and private events, disaster security, and private location protection. Currently teaching various weapons proficiency courses in private and group sessions, specializing in Long Distance Marksmanship, Sniper courses, AR/Pistol combination and Pistol courses. Redus competes in Long Distance Precision matches as well as assists with multiple Veteran Based charity organizations.

US Army Instructor Certified Texas Police Officer - ’07- Current SWAT Scout/Sniper duration of Police Service.
Provided various Scout/Sniper duties to SWAT team and local Agency’s SWAT teams.
Assisted outside agencies to include Drug Task Force, US Army CID and Secret Service, with missions such as High Profile Persons transports, High Risk Warrant Services, Reconnaissance, Positive Target Identification, and Overwatch.
Currently serving as Overwatch element for a local Texas Agency.
























Justin Parks is veteran of multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan as well as a Dept of State Personal Security Specialist with operational experience in the middle east and Afghan region. He holds several certifications related to High Threat Protection, Counter Terrorism, Security, and weapons familiarization. Justin began his career in 2003 with the US Marine Corps serving several capacities both stateside and abroad with two tours to Iraq. He then transitioned to the US Army infantry in April of 2008 serving as a Squad leader in Iraq with the 1st Cavalry Division in 2009. While in theater, Justin was the platoon designated marksman and sensitive site exploitation NCOIC. Upon returning from his third deployment, Justin volunteered as a Door Gunner with the 4th Aviation Combat Brigade for their upcoming deployment to Afghanistan in 2010. There, he accumulated over 260 flight hours and was awarded an Air Medal with valor device. After 6 months of flying Justin was asked to serve as the tactical advisor for the Regional Command North Civil Affairs Team where he was then promoted to Staff Sergeant. While assigned to RCN-CAT, Justin worked alongside Special Operations and was embedded with foreign nation provincial reconstruction teams. Justin was awarded several foreign awards and an Army Commendation Medal. He holds certifications both worldwide and domestic regarding Protective Services and Security Operations. His weapons familiarity and historical knowledge of past operations has given him the opportunity to build training programs that incorporate a vast array of applications. When Justin returned in 2011, he was assigned as an instructor for counter insurgency in Fort Polk, La. Justin medically retired from the US Army in March 2014, and began High Threat Security contractor work with Triple Canopy at the US Embassy, Baghdad, Iraq. He served on the ambassador’s personal detail and oversaw site surveying for high profile missions and clients. In 2016 Justin returned to Fort Worth, Tx and began taking on PPO Clients ranging from celebrities to CEO’s. His clients were media and television personalities. In 2017, Justin then took on another contract, this time with Aegis Defense in Kabul, Afghanistan as a Mobile Team Leader providing security and threat mitigation for the US Dept of Justice International Narcotics and Law Enforcement. In May of 2017, Justin was present and wounded in the May 31 Kabul bombing that killed over 186 Afghans and wounded over 450. Justin along with his team were successful in evacuating their clients while injured and pinned down by protest crowds and Afghan National Army. For his exploits, Justin has been nominated for the Dept of State medal for heroism. Justin is currently a licensed private investigator as well as an expert on interrogation tactics, asset recovery, and surveillance. Justin also is a free lance Bond Enforcement Agent in the State of Texas.
